In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, MSD is focused on protecting the safety of its employees and their families, ensuring that our supply of medicines and vaccines reach our patients, contributing our scientific expertise to the development of antiviral approached, and supporting our healthcare providers and our communities. MSD Thailand continues to support Healthcare professional through an online digital channel, MSD CONNECT, a new way of education in exchanging scientific information, as well as supporting patients through Heart-to-Heart Foundation to strengthen self-care within their network of patient groups. Moreover, MSD Thailand continues to support cancer innovative disease awareness as Cancer is one of the greatest health challenges of our time. MSD stands united with patients and families facing the disease, as well as with all the doctors, researchers, governments, and regulators across the globe who are focused on overcoming this challenge. August 19, 2021, MSD Thailand launched two oncology campaigns to support MSD Thailand’s goal of bringing a ‘more hopeful tomorrow’ to Thai people, especially Thai cancer patients and caregivers. 1) “Together for More Possibility”, a collaboration between MSD & Cigna Insurance. Through this collaboration, MSD Thailand and Cigna Thailand aspire to be leaders in providing access to the latest information on cancer and treatments, including immunotherapy. 2) “HOPE THEORY”, a series of Podcasts: MSD Thailand, together with Mission to the Moon, top media in Thailand, created an innovative way, bringing ‘a more hopeful tomorrow’, telling a narrative story of how importance Hope is for people, especially for Thai cancer Patients, Caregivers. Lastly, MSD continues its "MSD for Mothers", a 3-year project (granted in 2019), to focus on preventing adolescent unintended pregnancy and provide comprehensive care before, during and after birth in Thailand.
